Depending on their versions, RSS is an abbreviation that has evolved into the following,
· RDF Site Summary, the first version of RSS, it also known as RSS 0.9
· Rich Site Summary, a prototype, it also known as RSS 0.91
· Really Simple Syndication, it also known as RSS 2.0
Nowadays, Stands for Really Simple Syndication, RSS has the following 7 existing versions or formats:
- 0.90
- 0.91
- 0.92
- 0.93
- 0.94
- 1.0
- 2.0
RSS tools links to the full versions of the content or the full article or post, even file attachments such as multimedia files.
