Internet marketing newcomers are not aware that there is a vast difference between an autoresponder program and an autoresponder service. They often find out too late that they have wasted money on a program that is useless to them, and often purchase the wrong type of autoresponder.
An autoresponder program is a program on your web server that had set up and usually that comes with your web hosting account is a free autoresponder. Some people don’t like to use the service of autoresponder, many of them use an autoresponder program only that they have more control over. Some of those people don’t like purchase the scripts of autoresponder that must be installed on their web server and also that come with their hosting accounts either.
By using an autoresponder service, other people are quite happy. For on a monthly or yearly basis, this is a service that is usually paid. Everything is browser based and the fees are ongoing. You can set up your autoresponder messages in other words, and manage your opt-in list through your web browser, just as you can. The service runs on the autoresponder service’s web server is that the difference, not your web hosts or yours.
Usually beginners are better off using the service of an autoresponder. These are very easy to use and to understand, and no technical knowledge is needed to set things up. However, as a newcomer to the field, you might be concerned about the costs of the service. You have the option to signing up with a free autoresponder service if this is the case.
By placing advertisements in each autoresponder message, free services make their money that you send out. Sometimes these ads appear at the bottom and sometimes at the top of your messages. Some of the free services are have many of the more advanced features, such as disabled, tracking and simply an enticement to purchase the professional version.
Simply because they have more control over the autoresponder, then more advanced users often choose to use autoresponder programs, and imposed by autoresponder services, they don’t have to follow some of the stiffer rules, such as sending confirmation to every and each person who is entered into the autoresponders list.
This is strictly up to you with the autoresponder that you choose, but in most cases, an autoresponder service should suit your needs. Look for a service that offers free signups, if you are unsure with the option at a later date of upgrading to the professional paid version.

I found a great autoresponder software that you simply install into your site that works just as good as Aweber for a one time ten dollar ($10!) fee only if you get it through the free SuperTips ebook. Just follow the download instructions at the end of the ebook.
