Simple caranya: buat akun, isi data website, tempelkan kode/script yang disediakan ke widget atau template. Udah tinggal nunggu pemasang iklan dari backlink dan terima duitnya via paypal. Program ini hanya untuk own hosting. Blogspot dan wordpress.com belum bisa.

Their pay structure seems to low, you could sell links much higher if you try to search for website owners from related forums.
